DELIVERY POLICY
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. All gift baskets are custom-made when ordered. We never have baskets sitting on a shelf waiting to be delivered. Arrangements can be made for pick-up orders.
Windsor-Essex delivery is free.
Everywhere else in Ontario, the charge is $25.
Deliveries are sent out by Canada Post.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We always do our best to ensure when you purchase a pre-made basket off this website that all the basket items are as listed. However given the problem with the food supply chain issues, we reserve the right to substitute an item for an item of equal or greater value.

Samdon's Gourmet Gift Baskets ensure to protect your privacy. The personal information collected will never be sold to a 3rd party. Your information will be used by us to better the development of our website.
REFUND POLICY
Samdons Gourmet Gift Baskets make each basket to order. Every effort is taken to make sure the recipient loves their gift basket. In the case that something arrives broken, we will replace the item right away. Entire baskets are not refundable due to the fact they contain food items.
