Delivery Policy
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days not including weekends or holidays. Every basket is made when order arrives. A local delivery fee of $15 will be charged. For delivery across Ontario the charge is $25. Deliveries are sent out by Canada Post. Due to Covid exact delivery times can not be guaranteed. Arrangements can be made for pick up orders.
Product Substitution Policy
We always do our best to ensure when you purchase a pre made basket off this web site that all the basket items are as listed. However given the problem with the food supply chain issues, we reserve the right to substitute and item for an item of equal or greater value.
